Gone Fishing AI Book a call

Sent. Chased. Paid. Invoices that chase themselves. Out the day the job's done, reminded before they're due, chased after, paid by a link, reconciled in Xero. You get told what's outstanding, not asked to do anything about it.

Getting paid shouldn't be a second job.

Most small businesses aren't short of work. They're short of the Sunday night it takes to raise the invoices, and the awkward Thursday it takes to ring the ones that haven't paid. So invoices go out late, get chased never, and the money sits in someone else's account for sixty days.

Automated invoicing does that whole loop. The job's marked done, the invoice goes out from your template with a payment link. If it isn't paid, it's reminded, then chased, in your voice, on a cadence you set. Payment lands, it's reconciled. You see one number: what's outstanding, and who's overdue. That's it.

What it does.

  • Sends

Job closed, invoice out. Same day, your template, correct amounts from the job, a link to pay.

  • Reminds

A quiet heads-up a few days before it's due. Most people pay right there.

  • Chases

Day after, a week after, a fortnight after. Friendly, then firm. Email and SMS, in words you approved.

  • Takes payment

Card or bank transfer from the link on every message. No "what's your BSB again".

  • Reconciles

Matches the payment in Xero, MYOB or QuickBooks. Nothing to tick off.

  • Escalates

Disputes and the ones past 45 days come to you with the history, so the only calls you make are the ones that need you.

How it's set up.

One call, where you show us how you invoice now and what you'd like to never do again. We connect your accounting and job software, load your template and your tone, and agree the cadence: when it reminds, when it chases, when it stops and hands to you.

The first week it drafts every message and you approve them from your phone, so you can see it sounds like you. Then it runs. We stay on it, and if a chase ever goes to someone who's already paid, that's ours to fix.

It pairs with the AI receptionist, which books the job the invoice comes from, and with the rest of what we build for small businesses that would rather be doing the work than the admin.

Questions people ask.

Does it work with Xero?

Yes. Xero, MYOB and QuickBooks, plus the job software the invoice comes out of (ServiceM8, Tradify, Simpro, Jobber). It reads what's outstanding from your books, so nothing gets chased that's already been paid.

Will it annoy my customers?

It chases the way you would if you had the time: a heads-up before it's due, a friendly note the day after, then firmer as the weeks go by. You set the tone and the cadence. Good customers who pay on time never hear from it at all.

What happens when someone disputes an invoice?

The chase stops on that invoice straight away and you get a message with what they said. It never argues. You decide, and it picks up again once you've sorted it.

Can it send the invoices as well as chase them?

Yes. Finish the job, and the invoice goes out the same day, from your template, with a payment link. Most businesses find that alone pulls a week or two off how long they wait to be paid.

Does it take payment?

It puts a card and bank-transfer link on every invoice and every reminder, and it reconciles the payment when it lands. You don't match anything by hand.

What does automated invoicing cost?

A fixed monthly price, agreed before we start, set up in the first week. Most people cover it several times over in the first month just from invoices that would otherwise have gone to 60 days.
